Training Across Catalyst

For us to achieve everything we’re called to, we need men and women who are spiritually gifted and biblically trained, using their skills and passions for the common good in our society and our churches. We run four training programmes:

Leadership & Theology Training

A two-year training course for developing your skills, theology and character as a leader. Whatever your context, Leadership & Theology Training is designed to help you develop your gift to become the leader you were called to be. Led by John and Alison Risbridger with a team of national-level speakers, this course is a critical foundation for every new and existing Catalyst leader!

Impact

Impact Training is a year given over to learning more about God, getting a passion for the nations and having your life turned upside down. We’ll give you the opportunity to travel overseas and see how the gospel is reaching other nations, participate in the growth of a local church and equip you in sound theology and leadership skills.

God’s Big Story

God’s Big Story is a one-year part-time course taking you on a journey from Creation to Revelation. This ‘zoomed-out’ approach will equip students with an overview of the Bible, with video teaching from an outstanding list of speakers, including Simon Holley, Andrew Wilson, Wendy Mann, Owen Hylton and Phil Moore. In its first year in 2021, God’s Big Story ran online across various Bases, and for 2024 we are thrilled to have even more Bases hosting the course, including international interest from friends in Pakistan and in Europe!
