Catalyst Festival 2026
Welcome
So much has changed since our last Festival in 2018. We now have a new team that has stepped up to organise this event, and we have moved to a new time of year, August. Will the weather be better? We hope so! We’ve also changed how we express our vision: Catalyst is an apostolic family, committed to starting and strengthening churches that multiply disciples to see God’s Kingdom fill the Earth. This festival will be an opportunity for us to dive deep into this vision and explore our newly expressed apostolic foundations—the principles upon which we aim to build our churches.
This year promises to be a vibrant time of family, connection, learning, worship, and encountering God together. We will take time to celebrate all that God has done over the past years: new ventures launched, churches planted, buildings secured, nations reached, and thousands of disciples made across the globe in some of the toughest environments.
One of the key highlights of this year’s festival is our Train 1000 initiative. We are committed to training 1000 church planters, equipping them to carry forward the mission of God. This initiative underscores our dedication to expanding God’s Kingdom by preparing and empowering leaders who will make disciples and plant and grow healthy churches worldwide.
Catalyst is more than just a family of churches; we are raising world-changing disciples. We believe that God has called each one of us to partner with His advancing kingdom, sharing the good news of Jesus, transforming culture, and making disciples wherever we go. This festival serves to accelerate us on that mission. I am expectant and excited for what God will do among us. I pray for healing, freedom, renewed purpose, and hope. I also pray for stronger connections within our family, to support and uplift one another as we move forward.
Thank you once again for being here. Let's lean into this time with open hearts and minds, ready to receive all that God has in store for us. Have a fantastic weekend!
Simon Holley, Leads the Catalyst Team
“I am thrilled to welcome you to the relaunch of the Catalyst Festival at our new location, Stafford Showground. This is our first gathering in six years, and it's an honour to have you here with us. You are so welcome as we embark on this exciting new chapter.”
What is Catalyst?
We’re more than a Festival every two years! With our roots in Newfrontiers, we are a family of over 1000+ churches connected together through genuine relationship and served by a number of apostolic teams who aim to equip churches to raise pioneering disciples that see God’s kingdom fill the earth. Though there isn’t a blueprint for all Catalyst churches, you’ll find that we all share the same vision and apostolic foundations, worked out differently in each church’s unique setting across dozens of nations around the world. Our vision is to reveal and bring Jesus and His Kingdom to every environment, in every nation. Catalyst churches are characterised by firstly the strength of our relationships with God and one another. Secondly, by the valuing of our different gifts and the understanding that as we come together we add to the whole of who we are. Finally, by a deep commitment to work together to reveal the wonder of who Jesus is.
Catalyst is an apostolic movement, starting and strengthening churches that multiply disciples to see God’s Kingdom fill the Earth.

Training Across Catalyst
