Festival Fun
Throughout the weekend we have a schedule for families and young people, packed full of activities for all ages to get involved with.
Please note children under the age of 11 must be accompanied.

Sunday

Lace up your trainers and join our festival 5K on Sunday morning! Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just enjoying a jog with friends, it’s a great way to start the day and soak up the festival atmosphere. All ages welcome, but we kindly ask that under 8s stay within arms reach of their supervising adult. Prizes for the fastest male and female.
Starting from Festival Square -
There's all sorts of fun to be had at the Activity Field and Activity HUB. Step into the cage and show off your footwork! In this fast-paced football challenge, the aim is simple: nutmeg your opponent or score a goal. Skills, speed and quick thinking required. Take a break with some classic festival fun! Try your steady hand on the giant buzzwire, shoot for glory in the basketball competition, or enjoy a range of relaxed lawn games perfect for all ages.

Start your engines… with your legs! Race your friends around our track and see who has the speed, stamina, and steering skills to cross the finish line first. Put your putting skills to the test on our brilliantly bonkers crazy golf course. Expect tricky turns, cheeky obstacles, and plenty of laughs as you try to claim mini-golf glory.

Ever fancied running away with the circus? Now’s your chance! Have a go at juggling, plate spinning, diabolo and more with friendly instructors who’ll help you unlock your inner performer.
Festival Square -
Take off at Flight School! Launch our foam aeroplanes, see who can loop the loop, and test your throwing skills to see how far your plane can fly.

On Sunday keep an eye out for our magical roaming Bubble Man, creating giant shimmering bubbles that float through the festival crowd. A simple joy that promises to delight children and grown-ups alike.

Three delightful puppet adventures each day — repeated Sunday and Monday. With tales that will capture imaginations from lost sausages to escaping monkeys and plenty of laughter and larger than life characters for all ages.
Shows running at 2/3/4pm on the Activity Field (or in the Activity hub in the event of wet weather) -
Meet some friendly furry festival guests! The petting zoo is a chance for children to get up close with gentle animals and enjoy a hands-on countryside experience. Limited opening hours.

Monday

Start your Monday morning with some silly fun and join our Welly Wanging! Bring your own Wellington boot, take your best throw, and see how far you can fling it—perfect for all ages and guaranteed laughs.
Activity Field -
Dive into a bubbly Monday afternoon of foam-filled fun! Enjoy a light-hearted foam fun run (under 8s should stay within arm’s length of an adult), join in with foamy games, and finish with a lively foam disco. Expect music, laughter, and plenty of sudsy silliness.
