Start your morning right with a refreshing 30-minute Pilates session with "Faith Flow Pilates", gently awakening your body while focusing your mind and connecting with God—please bring your own sleeping or Pilates mat if you can, as only a few will be available. We'll aim to finish in time for the 5k at 8:30am. Ages 16+ (qualified pilates instructor).

Yee-haw meets do-si-do! On Sunday evening grab a partner and join our Wild West themed ceilidh for lively music, easy-to-follow dances, and plenty of laughs. Dust off your cowboy hats and boots — dressing up is highly encouraged!

Join us on Sunday night for a relaxed, no‑pressure space to meet new people and make genuine connections.
